1. Delivery of Digital Products

Access to purchased digital products will be provided via email or through a secure online platform within 24–48 hours of successful payment.
2. Service Delivery

Consulting and software services will be delivered as per the mutually agreed timelines specified in the project agreement or proposal.
3. Non-Delivery
If you do not receive your product or service within the agreed timeframe, please contact us immediately at connect@orbilogic.com.
