1. Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be requested in writing via email to connect@orbilogic.com.

Cancellations will only be accepted if the service has not yet commenced.
2. Refund Policy

For digital products and downloadable content, no refunds will be issued once access is provided.

For consulting or service engagements, partial refunds may be considered if the project has not started.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
